The person behind the work
Pippa Ailion MBE is an internationally respected casting director who has cast more than 200 productions across the West End, UK tours and overseas companies. Her credits include Wicked, The Book of Mormon, The Lion King, Come From Away, Moulin Rouge! and Spring Awakening. She was awarded the MBE for services to theatre and diversity in the arts and received a special recognition Olivier Award in 2023.
